The Galloping Wekas :

Are a syndicate of people joining forces in the King’s Sport of Thoroughbred Racing, to race a group of thoroughbred horses from the dynasty created by our foundation mare Blue Hope. Here is a time line of the Weka horses

2013 – Skyweka – The Galloping Weka’s – syndicate #1 – racing Skyweka – now deceased Pentire / Blue Hope filly

2015 – Morweka – The Galloping Weka’s – syndicate #2 – racing Morweka – now retired Showcasing / Spera filly

2016 – Starweka – The Galloping Weka’s – syndicate #3 – racing 2014 Starweka – now retired Showcasing / Blue Hope filly

2017 – Wekaforce – The Galloping Weka’s – syndicate #4 – racing  Wekaforce – 2015 full sister to Morweka

2019 – Sir William Weka – The Galloping Weka’s – syndicate #5 – racing Sir William Weka – full brother to Morweka and Wekaforce

2020 – Cee Cee Weka – The Galloping Weka’s – syndicate #6 – racing CC Weka – 2018 full sister to Morweka, Wekaforce and Willweka

2021 – Maryweka – The Galloping Weka’s – syndicate #7 – racing Spera – Time Test filly – Maryweka – half sister to Morweka, Wekaforce and Willweka

2021 – Pennyweka – The Galloping Weka’s – syndicate #8 – racing the 2019 Threepence – Satono Aladdin filly – Pennyweka
